The Compliance Project (2010) :

An analysis of a database with over 10,000 anonymous prescription records shows that the interventions by the Message Dynamics Patient Messaging Service significantly improved patient compliance. The data shows that the numbers of treatment days dispensed to previously under complaint patients rose while those dispensed to previously over complaint patients were reduced. The net increase in dispensed treatment days was 14% for the duration of the observation.
